Failed videos

If a video fails to render, the credit goes back to your balance automatically.

Unused credits

Unused credits can be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of purchase. Email support@getdamehombro.com from your account email with the purchase date. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Quality issues

If a finished video is clearly broken (for example the face is unrecognisable), email us and we'll restore the credit.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We answer every request.
